Offers & Inspections

An agreement is between a potential buyers and the property seller. Keep in mind that you should…

  • Keep records of your communication. We will assist you in compiling paperwork for the purchase of property and ensure you have copies.

  • Make a plan and stick to it. Once you have presented your offer, you the seller will have a set amount of time to get everything done. Meeting your time requirements ensures a smoother transition of negotiations and keeps both parties from being in breach of their agreements. We will help you be prepared for every step.

Closing Agent

  • The closing agent will hold the deposit in escrow and review the history of the property title to confirm it is free of any encumbrances so that the property is good to be sold by the date of closing.

  • You may want to communicate with a tax advisor or an attorney in order to make the best decision of how to hold your title.

Inspections

Once your offer is accepted by the property seller you will need to have a property inspector inspect the property by the date agreed upon in your contract to purchase.
