Rent is due on the 1st of each month and late after 5pm on the 5th.
With quality maintenance techs available 24 hours we can quickly respond to emergencies to keep your homes and tenants safe.
We perform regular inspections on every property to insure your home is being well taken care of and no lease violations are occurring.

We provide a monthly owner statement and a yearly 1099 through a property management program called AppFolio. These documents can help your through your tax deductions and write-offs, as well as make the best financial decisions for your property.
Evictions are not common with us as per our applicant screening process. However, if ever needed we work with a wonderful legal team to handle the process efficiently.
Payments are made through a secure processing system each month via ACH transfer.
